BeneFit times

My Obsessions:
BeneTint

I usually apply this on the inside of my upper and lower lips to add some color. The red lips will balance my pale complexion. It does last all day but a little too dry if I don't apply any gloss on top. I add some clear gloss for a natural healthy day look. If I want more drama, I put on Clinique Best seller Lipstick in Black Honey slighly.
If I need to add some blush-on, I dot couple dots on my cheeks and smooth it out. It gives a natural rosy glow finish. Since I have a rosy pink cheeks already, I normally never do it. It dries rather quick so I have only couple seconds to blend before I have a streak of red stains on my face.

The package is not durable. If you twist the cap too tight, you risk a chance of break it off. It does look a lot like a nail polish so don't put it next to each other, people may think you apply a nail polish on your lips.

HighBeam
When I was back home in Thailand, it was so hot and humid and my face reacted by giving me oily T-Zone. So, I didn't need to put any luminous or highlighter when I was there. I first got this cute highlighter a long time ago. I took it with me but I didn't need to use so I forgot all about it. Until one day I knocked it off the bathroom counter and the bottle broke. I was so upset. This High Beam just gives you a natural glow finish. I just love it.

I learn the trick that you could apply this in X and O effect with benetint. By drawing a big O with High Beam and draw an X inside the O and blend, voila! You'll get a nice glowy flush... I'll try it when I can afford to get a new one. Also, there is a similar version of High Beam in UK. and it's much cheaper. Grab one when you are in UK.

Dandelion

My cute blush. It gives me a light pink glow. I don't have much to comment on this product because I rarely use this blush now.

I am Asian.
I love Korean & Japanese makeup looks. I'm blessed with a great skin (few breakouts, no scars or molds, and smooth complexion). I have yellow undertone. I was looking for the Korean makeup tricks, and HG foundation. I've tried so many and I'm still searching.

Bourjois Makeup Bases

Bourjois Happy Party Base

Bourjois is a line created by Chanel. The prices of Bourjois line is much cheaper but the quality of the products is comparable to my favorite makeup line, Chanel. I just bought two of makeup bases, Bourjois Lovey Party Luminous Base and Bourjois Lovely Base (green base). This morning I woke up and couldn't wait to wash my face, apply skincare products, and Paul & Joe sunscreen (another base with load of SPF) on my face. I let them sink in for a bit and start my makeup routine.

I apply Bourjois Lovely Party Luminous Base to correct my redness and uneven skin tone. It does the job quite nicely. I need few drops on my cheeks, and a couple more on forehead (mind me, I have a wide forehead), just rub lightly and let it sink. It brigthens up my whole complexion into an even light skin. Normally I'm quite pale, but with some sallow skin around my jawlines and forehead.

I have a nice skin texture which I'm truly happy about. However, the winter weather always makes my skin look dull and blocthy. I also have drier skin. So, I mix my Clinique Dewy Smooth Anti-Aging Foundation with Bourjois Lovely Party Base to lighten up my foundation. I'm using the 02-Cream shade but it's 3 shades darker than my skin but this is the lightest shade they have. I was afraid I was going to turn into a disco ball because I add too much Luminous base on.
I was wrong, I came out quite nicely.

I didn't know which of the products I use that makes my skin look a tad darker on jawlines. I have my HG green concealer (Jane cosmetics) to correct that. Now my face is even out and brightens up..
